Jeremy Murdoch – Lead Pastor/Founding Pastor

Jeremy and his amazing wife Nancy have been married almost 12 years, and have two incredibly energetic boys named Tytus & Zayn.

God called Jeremy to the Sault more than 10 years ago, with a very clear mandate; “I want to use you to heal broken hearts”.  Now after having pioneered the The Summit over 5 years ago, his role is to invest into lives in order to see them more fully transformed into the people God has purposed them to be.

Wade Lodge – Worship/Associate Pastor

Before moving to Sault Ste Marie in the Fall of 2005, I was a Youth Pastor for about 7 years.  During this time I also was active in leading worship and training teams both within the Youth Ministry and the church in general.  I felt God calling me to a time of transition in my life from Youth Ministry to focus more on Worship.  It was shortly after this that I also felt God leading me to come to The Summit to become the Worship Pastor.

Favourite Movie:  Spiderman, Iron Man, X-Men, pretty much any type of superhero movie!
Favourite Band/Musical Artist:  Steven Curtis Chapman, Chris Tomlin, Third Day, Starfield, Hillsong United, Switchfoot…the list goes on!
Favourite Book: other than the Bible…maybe the Narnia series!
Favourite Quote: too many to chose from…but here’s a good one: “Grace is God’s riches at Christ’s expense.”
