Pastoral Staff

Jeremy Murdoch

Lead Pastor

Jeremy and his amazing wife Nancy have been married since 1998, and have four incredible children; Tytus, Zayn, Deklyn, and Anaya. God called Jeremy to the Sault in 2000 with a very clear mandate; “I want to use you to heal broken hearts.”  After having pioneered The Summit in 2004, his role is to invest into lives to see them more fully transformed into the people God has purposed them to be.

Pastor Dan Peregrine

Dan Peregrine

Next Generations Pastor

Before being the Next Generations Ministry Pastor, Dan and his wife Teah were serving The Summit as youth ministry interns. In closing weeks of their internship, Dan and Teah felt a calling to serve the community of Sault Ste. Marie and also The Summit. As they completed their Bachelor of Theology in April of 2016, they returned to the Sault to continue serving in their pastoral roles. Dan originally came from Sudbury, so the Northern Ontario lifestyle was not foreign to him. Dan‘s role as the Next Generations Pastor is to see students from Jr.High, Senior High, and also Young Adults grow in their faith and seek after God.

Wade Lodge

Associate Pastor

Before moving to Sault Ste Marie in the Fall of 2005, I was a Youth Pastor for about 7 years.  During this time I also was active in leading worship and training teams both within the Youth Ministry and the church in general. I felt God calling me to a time of transition in my life from Youth Ministry to focus more on Worship. It was shortly after this that I also felt God leading me to come to The Summit to become the Worship Pastor.

Pastor Teah Peregrine

Children & Families Pastor

Before coming on staff at The Summit, both Teah and her husband Dan were working towards completing their Bachelor of Theology at Master’s College and Seminary. A few months before graduation, they both felt a calling to move up to Sault Ste Marie for a full-time ministry position. So on May 1st, 2016, they packed up and moved up North to join the Summit family. Teah’s role at the church is to connect with both kids and their families and help them along in their faith journeys.
